Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm online bookings. Please check all booking details carefully before completing payment and ensure that all information provided, including hotel, contact and passenger details, is correct.
Prices shown are for the experience selected and any options or extras chosen at the time of booking.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where possible.
Any refund, credit or date change offered is entirely at the discretion of Sphinx Tours and may depend on availability, supplier costs and the type of experience booked.
Flights, flight-based excursions and any other non-refundable services purchased specifically for your booking cannot be refunded once confirmed.
Changes to Trips
Excursion itineraries, timings, routes, stops and the order of activities may occasionally change due to weather, sea conditions, operational requirements, local authorities or circumstances outside our control.
Where an excursion cannot operate as planned, we will contact you where possible and advise you of the available options.
Hotel Pick-ups & Transfers
Where hotel transfers are included, your exact pick-up time will be confirmed before your trip.
Please be ready at the confirmed meeting point at the advised time. Pick-up times are approximate and drivers may occasionally be delayed due to traffic, previous hotel collections or other circumstances outside our control.
Guests are responsible for providing the correct hotel and room details where requested.
Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the correct passport, visa and any other documentation required for their chosen excursion.
Where passport copies or passenger information are required for permits or permissions, these must be supplied within the requested timeframe. Failure to provide required information may mean that you are unable to participate in the excursion.
Guest Responsibility
Please check the individual excursion information before booking, including age restrictions, physical requirements and any important information relating to the activity.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions given by guides, crew, drivers and activity providers.
Weather & Operational Conditions
Some excursions are dependent on suitable weather, sea or local operating conditions. Safety decisions made by the relevant authorities, captain, guide or activity provider must be respected.
Optional Extras & Independent Services
Optional activities, purchases and services not specifically listed as included in your booking may incur an additional charge.
Photographers operate independently from Sphinx Tours. Any photos or videos purchased are a private transaction between you and the photographer, and Sphinx Tours is not responsible for their prices, products or services.
