At the Valley of the Kings, entry to 2 or 3 tombs is included, depending on the entrance ticket and tombs open on the day. You can also choose to visit the Tomb of Tutankhamun for an additional charge, payable directly at the Valley of the Kings.

Your day also includes lunch at a local restaurant, with hotel transfers and entrance fees to the included sights.

          Pick-up is usually between 4am–5am, depending on your hotel location and the tour option booked.
        • Both the coach and small-group minibus are shared international tours with guests of different nationalities.
        • The small-group minibus is limited to a maximum of 8 guests.
        • The journey to Luxor is by road, with comfort stops during the journey.
        • The order of the day is decided by your guide and may vary depending on timings and conditions on the day.
        • Entry to 2 or 3 tombs at the Valley of the Kings is included, depending on the entrance ticket and which tombs are open on the day.
        • Entry to the Tomb of Tutankhamun is not included but can be purchased separately at the Valley of the Kings.
        • There may be shopping stops and optional extras during the day. These are not compulsory and are separate from the included programme.
        • Drinks are not included with lunch and can be purchased separately.
        • Please arrange a packed breakfast with your hotel reception the evening before your trip.
        • Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed before your trip.
        • The tour involves walking, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

        • Please bring your passport with you.


        • A clear photo of the photo/details page of each guest’s passport is required after booking.

        • Passport photos must be sent to Sphinx Tours before the trip so the required travel arrangements can be completed. WhatsApp Us  


        Bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where possible. Any refund, credit or date change offered is entirely at our discretion.
